Our specialist paediatric dentists - Dr Attari, Dr Roberts and Dr Kalkani, all completed five years of dental school and three additional years of hospital-based specialist training. Weymouth Street Paediatric Dentistry is the UK's longest established private paediatric dental practice. Established in 1973, we have been branded one of the country's leaders in private children's dentistry. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of work in a fully modernised and child-friendly environment, with up-to-date equipment such as digital radiography.
You may be referred to our practice by your child's existing dentist for a specific problem, or by family and friends who have visited our practice in the past. In either case, the emphasis at the first dental visit is on helping you as a parent to understand your child's oral health and how to best care for your child's dental needs.
Weymouth Street is a one-way street, running from Marylebone High Street to Portland Place. We are situated between the Harley Street and Portland Place section of the street. There are metered parking spaces on Harley Street, Weymouth Street; and on Cavendish Square at the end of Harley Street just behind John Lewis department store.

We are so happy with WPD. My son has had to have 2 teeth extracted, one at 3,5 years old and one just recently, at the age of 7. Dr. Kalkani is just incredible. Her calmness and confidence, as well as her amazing communication skills work so well with children. She establishes a solid trust relationship with her young patients, so they simply follow her clear instructions. We are so grateful to her for giving our son the best dentistry treatment possible, without creating any sense of fear. Our son says he has the best dentist, we think he is right 😊. 7 stars to our amazing dentist, Dr. Kalkani

After a 6 minutes emergency appointment that facilitated an early Tooth Fairy visit to our 4 years old, I can confirm that dr Kalkani and her colleagues are magicians. We have been clients since our son's first dental checkup, and they've been fantastic in making him feel comfortable and brave. They know kids inside out, they use kind and direct language to connect and establish trust and make it fun. Both times we had emergencies, we were seen on the day. They take time to explain their findings and why a certain solution is the appropriate one, with the child's best interest at heart. No unnecessary

Dr Maria Kalkani is an amazing dentist and she completely changed our three daughters’ view about having dental treatment. She is so caring and loving towards the kids. She makes sure the kid understands her well and she explains what exactly will happen and she demonstrates the things she will do in a very fun way so that the child feels so much comfort and trust in her. She makes jokes, she plays fun games and even sings during the treatment so that the child has fun with her. Her dentistry is outstanding as well. Since last year she has been treating our three daughters. She did extractions

Going to the dentist couldn't be better than attending Weymouth Street Paediatric dentistry! My daughter is always excited about the visits and she looks forward to attending the next appointment. They have a brilliant way of teaching children to enjoy caring their teeth while still having lots of fun. The staff is extremely qualified, caring and patient. Particularly, I couldn't be more impressed with Dr Noushin Attari and hygienist Irmina’s work. All the consultations and hygiene sessions are targeted to each child based on their interests. My children, 10 and 9 now, have been loyal clients of this dentistry for more than 5 years. Every time we visit Dr Maria Kalkani there, I confirm again how lucky we are to have found her: she is the most amazing dentist, patient and calm, explains everything to the children speaking their language and completing complicated jobs - my son had extractions of big teeth, a root canal and fillings - without any pain or discomfort... I truly trust Dr Maria and definitely recommend her. Thank you, Dr Maria, for taking care of my children’s teeth!
