As a fully qualified 'Missing from Home' Manager with Lancashire Police, I built up an extensive knowledge of investigations into tracing missing persons. Using the latest Grampian data, as well as my own skills, I had a 100% tracing rate with any investigation I had involvement with. Using my skills and wide range of contacts, I am confident I can find and trace any debtor and file a report for the client.

I was at a loss with the situation I was in and after googling Penguin Investigations, I contacted Jonathan in the early hours. He replied promptly and advised me on the best way to deal with it.
