I have just taken delivery of a new ottoman storage bed, mattress and headboard. The delivery guys arrived on time, dismantled the old bed (also from Dial A Mattress 10+ years ago) and put the new one together. They took away all the wrappings and helped me put on the mattress cover and were totally professional and helpful. The bed is even… better quality than I hoped! The base is solid and well finished and the mattress is just perfect. The final icing on the cake is the whole thing was about 30% less expensive than anything from the big Nationals with NO charge for delivery or assembly
