I went to Sussex Audiology Centre for what I thought was routine wax removal and I think being somewhat in denial the problem turned out to be somewhat more underlying. Ben was absolutely first class in being sensitive to my feelings at the initial time, constructive in encouraging me to try out hearing aids and having made that jump I am now very relieved at the way things have turned out (as is my wife!). Whether it is for routine things or more in depth, the advice and treatment that you will get from Sussex Audiology is first class and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The coffee is good
