Our vision at Breathe first aid training is to make first aid courses more accessible to the general public, and to improve first aid delivery in the workplace.
In the United Kingdom, 150,000 lives a year are lost to causes which with basic first aid skills and knowledge, could have been prevented. We believe anyone can save a life and make a difference. Our courses are based on real experiences and knowledge gained throughout careers in the military and the NHS, and current practice in the acute care environment.

Really lovely course, teaching in these times was hard but it was done safely with all the students in mind. Constant hand sanitising, sanitising equipment after each use and wearing gloves. I felt it was a very safe place to learn. Cass was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She made the course fun and easy to learn. I feel happy to go out and do first aid if it was needed. Thanks Chloe

Cost effective, quality training given by a super professional, current A & E nurse. Cassandra took us though a wide range of first aid issues, concentrating principally on the correct way to approach and give potentially life saving first response in the event of cardiac arrest, including the use of a defibrillator. Our 6-hour course was well structured, practical and hands-on without being ‘class-roomy’ or boring in any way. I’d recommend it without reservation.

I have now done 2 courses with Breathe first aid and I cannot recommend them enough! Cassandra is extremely knowledgable and experienced. She made the course interesting and relatable and I also really enjoyed the day. I would absolutely recommend breathe to anyone wanting to learn first aid, weather it is for a workplace/professional qualification or just for yourself personally xx

I attended the 'First aid for parents' course in Ipswich. A must for any parent or carer of babies though to teenagers . As much as we don't like to think about it, its good to know what to do if an accident happened. The course was excellently delivered by Registered Nurse Cassie (a mum of two herself). Her passion for sharing this life-saving knowledge is clear. Highly recommended
