In 2018 The Royal College of veterinary surgeons were looking to change their security provider to a firm that could provide a value added service.
Here at Universal, we consider training to be a fundamental requirement of our service delivery strategy. To enhance our front-line delivery, we have spent the last couple of years developing and refining our e-learning platform. We are now in the fortunate position to have a fully developed Learning Management System (LMS) which hosts a whole range of technical and behavioural training modules.
