I worked hard at this company for nearly a year until COVID-19. I was refused furlough on multiple accounts even though working from home and being a single parent affected my mental health to the point i had a breakdown. I had to give up my job to save my sanity and my daughter. I loved working for this company but at times they showed no compassion or respect for their members of staff especially ones with mental health issues. Cymphony repeatedly failed to answer calls, failed to staff their 24-hour service and failed to respond to the complaint that followed. There very poor service directly impacted our business, resulting in business losses and huge service penalties. Now, because of their embarrassment of a complaint procedure, the lawyers will have to sort out their appalling services and the costs and implications thereof.
