When we started the company our aim was to build a business that we would really enjoy working for. So we took a conscious decision to only work with small businesses (under 10 employees), so that we can work with the people - the individual entrepreneurs - who are actually driving the company. By choice we always turn down 'corporate' work so we can concentrate on tailoring our approach for these guys.
