On the 26/04/2021 I went to my loo, sat down and everything stopped working from my armpits downwards. Called 999, went to hospital and a growth was discovered on my spine which was operated on and removed.
I am still in hospital on a rehab plan and due to return home on the 07/10/2021. I have to accept the fact that I will never walk again.
I live in my own semi-detatched house in the Dudley MBC area along with my wife. Changes have to be made to accommodate my current needs when I return and this is where the local council should get involved . Sadly, Dudley MBC did not help or even have the

Just at mum's house and wanted to give a thumbs up to Bespoke Bathing. Her new bathroom is just perfect and we couldn't be happier. There were lots of designs to choose from and all great quality. We spent a little more than originally planned, but easy to get carried away! Great value all told. Mum loved having Richard and Warren working here. They kept everywhere very tidy and were super friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

The "Welsh Wizards"
I am so delighted so far with work carried out on converting my garage into a disabled wet room. Warren and Richard have been polite courteous throughout the job so far. I am really pleased with the way it is now taking shape without any problems.
At the end of every day they both tidy up and leave no mess and they are always extremely prompt in the mornings. However they drink too much tea!!!
I would certainly recommend Warren and Richard to friends and family. I for one will certainly recommend them both to my as she is also in the market for a wet room.

Big thanks to Warren and Richard, AGAIN!! Bespoke bathing did my parents house for me in 2019, and two years on I had them in to do my own bathroom in London - wow I am so happy with the result. Given the current circumstances, I was still able to work from home which was a blessing. The quality of the work was immaculate, the overall workmanship could not be faulted, AND the quality of the materials used was exceptional. Each day Warren told me what the plan of action was, and the two of them wouldn't finish for the day until everything was complete. They even cleaned up after themselves each

My new wet room is partly finished and I can't wait to see the finished job. The walls and floor look beautiful and the porcelain items awaiting installation are all top quality. Richard and Warren keep me informed of progress and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them without hesitation.
