The idea of Crosby Intruder Alarms was developed in the early 1980s when two friends, both television engineers, where told that the owner of the company that they worked for was going to retire, and because he could not negotiate the sale of the company, it was to close with the loss of all jobs.

We mainly specialise in upload/download systems by HKC & Orisec and use their SW10270, Quantum 70 W-CP40-K&T, CP30, CP50 & CP100 range of panels all are available with Wireless and Hardwired Options.
We also use Texecom Premier Elite range of Control Panels for certain applications (usually when specified), all of these allow remote access to the control panel permitting remote resets and programming to be done, without the need for an engineer to attend the premises.This represents a great saving in what has been traditionally charged for in the alarm industry.

Crosby Intruder Alarms can install, service and repair many types of access control systems, from basic single door systems to computer controlled multi-door systems, operating from card swipe, proximity, coded access or Biometric (Fingerprint) Readers. Computerised systems allow full auditing of staff movements throughout the property and will, via its dedicated computer software, allow printed hard copies of movements to be produced.

Using equipment from Videcon and some of the other big names in the CCTV market, we will install quality systems in colour, or even a camera that gives colour images throughout the day and automatically switches to infra-red sensitive monochrome once the prevailing light levels drop below a pre-set level.Systems can be installed internally or by using weatherproof housings, externally.
