Accoya, the world-leading modified wood manufactured by Accsys Technologies, has been used by a leading UK supplier to create an innovative window solution for a Victorian warehouse project. London Box Sash Windows was approached by Ben Adams Architects to design long-lasting, low maintenance, high performing timber sash windows for the renovation of the Bryant Building in London's Shoreditch.

We had exceptional service from this company right from the beginning with the quote from Jake, who was very knowledgeable and personable and could not have been more helpful. The windows look lovely - we have waited a long time for the right product to come along as we didn't want to ruin the look of our Victorian house by installing windows that scream "double glazing". Well these don't and if anything we think that they enhance the exterior. The installers deserve a special mention, incredibly hard working, tidy and friendly and their workmanship was exceptional; we have only the odd bit of

We had 8 windows built and installed by London Box Sash in our Victorian terrace. Everything went smoothly, from the first meeting to the installation of the final window, and everything looks and feels great. The big payback will hopefully be in having a much warmer house over the winter period! More than happy to recommend them.

The Box Sash Windows team were all so professional, informative and skilled from start to finish. Jake gave me all of the information I needed to properly understand the process. He was always on call to help me with any concerns or questions along the way, making me feel reassured. Andy did a fantastic job with installing the windows. He was efficient and clearly took a lot of pride in his craftsmanship. The windows have transformed the rooms. Not only do they look shiny and new, the sound proofing is a game changer. As the guys were working on our bay windows downstairs I sat in my bedroom on a work call. I could not stop staring at our new replacement window which had been installed the previous day, and I mailed Judith to tell her that. It's such a difference, even setting aside any notion of resale value. The benefit to the look of the property inside and out is immediate. Other benefits like energy efficiency, noise reduction, and lack of condensation seem like icing on the cake. It's as though I feel more at home just standing in a room and looking out. The guys are very considerate and do a great job

We are so delighted that we chose LBSW. We obtained several quotes & to be honest they were all fairly similar but the positive engagement I received from this company stood them apart from the rest. We were not disappointed, in fact it only got better. The finished item, a large beautiful large sash window in a prominent position in our home, looks exactly the same as it did but doesn't rattle nor haemorrhage heat any more!
