Our managed service is specifically tailored to meet your needs: whether you have 1, 10, 50 or hundreds of employees that you are paying weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. The standard payroll service includes calculations of gross pay, including statutory payments and processing gross to net.
We can assist you with setting up your pension scheme and support your company's pension obligations for Auto-Enrolment through the payroll software. Preparation of a file for submission to the pension provider (including reports for pension schemes held with Nest, People's Pension, Now, Aviva, Aegon and others).
We can reduce the challenge of understanding UK payroll legislation for your company. We can provide a flexible service with contact outside of standard UK working hours, as and when required, giving you confidence in meeting your UK payroll obligation on time. This service would not just be limited to basic payroll, you can also include some of our other services such as Expenses & Benefits.
We can design your payroll journal to ensure payroll costs are posted into the company accounts accurately and provide an understanding of the transactions. Often it is the payroll control accounts or payroll suspense accounts which will first identify issues with a payroll. Problems in these payroll accounts can be caused by issues with the payroll journal or errors in the actual payroll.
