We are happy with our loft conversion. The quality of the build is good and we are happy with the result of the work and all the extra space it has provided us with. We decided to go with the Loft Consultancy due to their very competitive price, good reviews and the personal service we initially received. The price of the build came out pretty much on point with just an additional £450 to upgrade our bannister to match our existing style, and for fire alarms in every room. In the grand scheme of things we were really pleased with how the build remained on budget and Danny and Malc were true to

Terrible service. Unfinished loft still after 7 months. Malcolm the director is an absolute joke! Can never get hold of him. Never rings back. He only contacts when money is due. We purchased an ensuite with the measurements given and it was all wrong. We only have a shower and toilet. No sink or radiator as they wouldn't fit! Had to wait 3 months for a toilet seat. Skirting still not finished. broken stairs already. Nightmare absolute nightmare. For the money I paid I would have expected a good service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The Loft Consultancy did a great job on our dormer conversion.
From initial consultation, quote through to the work they were always very responsive and got back to us asap and amended proposals as asked.
The work was carried out to a high standard and the end product is exactly what we envisioned. Our project manager was first class throughout.

I would recomment the Loft Consultancy. From the job requirements discussions, to the quote, to the swift start date, they were a professional and a friendly team. Our main builder was excellent, and the speed and understanding of the build was excellent. Many many two way discussions were always clear and carried forward. Even at the end with those few loose ends the team kept in touch and were all fully resolved and completed with no delays. We are so happy with what the Loft Consultancy completed for us, its given our family the space we needed.

Initially due to the construction of the existing loft didn't think we could have any work carried out. Danny came to view and professionally advised what could be achieved, time frames and fully detailed package soon followed. Mark Smith was excellent onsite and Malcolm was involved in agreeing to some of the minor changes which were professionally overseen.
The overall project was both within budget and time scales and the usual snagging items completed as requested. We are exceptionally pleased with the final results and friends and neighbours have commented very favourably. Thank you guys
