The electrolysis process involves inserting a thin metal probe into the hair follicle using Diathermy and Galvanic. Once accomplished, electricity is delivered through the probe to the hair follicle, as a result disables the hair.

The therapist was running behind so rushed my pedicure resulting in my left foot still having cracked dry skin on my heel. Was left in the hands of the receptionist to let me know when I could leave as was… waiting for my polish to dry but she didn’t bother so had to ask. When asking why the hard skin was left on one foot, apparently I needed to pay more for the deluxe pedicure!!! Then I go home to find the polish on my toenail has started peeling off! I won’t be back anytime soon!

I am not Ben Rowlands, I am Gaynor! This is a wonderful place and Claire really looked after me. I had my brows done and she made me aware of everything and how to look after them to keep the colour. the shape and colour are great. I also had a lip colour put on my lips and this has also turned out great - this will save me putting lipstick on all the time. I will be going back for the top ups in a couple of months time. I would highly recommend this place.

Quite a nice salon with loads of treatments to choose from which is nice. The staff are friendly and bubbly which makes you feel comfortable.
My only concern is that it look almost 3hours for my nails to be completed and that really put me off! I think if they had more experience staff it would be a spot I would defo tell everyone about

I absolutely love this place!! I am from Los Angeles and was aching for a local gem to get my spa needs taken care of when I moved here 4 years ago. Every service I have gotten here has been amazing — waxing on face and body, manicure and pedicure, massage and facials. The music, ambience and decor are fabulous. I also love their selection of skin care products by BeautyLab and makeup by Jane Irendale. The staff is always friendly and patient with my constant appointment changes. :) This has been my spot and always will be!!!
