Our aim is to deliver your goods on time, securely and economically - normally 2/3 working days from the dispatch date (the majority of orders are processed next working day). However, special orders will require our waiting for goods from suppliers. Personalised orders including engraving or printed goods may also take longer.

Had a brilliant experience in this gem of a shop in Hexham. Went in to buy one small item for my son who is learning to write and came out knowing a lot more about the history of writing and how children learn to write. More than a shop, its an immersion into the world of the pencil and pen. Fantastic!

Andrew is friendly, helpful and has great advice about all things stationery. He is particularly knowledgable about Fountain Pens - his prices are competitive too but what you get from Andrew that you don't get from Amazon is his help, he can change the nibs on fountain pens ensuring that you get the right nib and you can try it out before you buy.

Great shop with brilliant customer service. Went in with my mother who wanted a new fountain pen. It was lovely to find a shop that knows their products so well and are prepared to take the time and trouble to find the right pen even if it isn't a high value sale. Now going back for one for her best friend!

Just popped in and wow - what can I say. It is the pen/stationery shop that every quality high street should have. Everything sold is from reputable brands, ranging from great everyday pens up to the kind of writing instuments that you will buy for a lifetime of enjoyment. I loved the choice of ink colours and was nearly tempted to buy one bottle… just for its amazing shape! And the colour choice wasn't just black or blue, there were bottles of red, green, orange - probably the whole rainbow. I love pen/stationery shops and this one does it for me.
