At Keystone Conference and Event Management we've been hiding our light under a bushel for more than a decade. A small team with 50+ years combined event management experience; we've been beavering away behind the scenes enabling our clients to shine.
And ooh what a time we've had! Working with fantastic clients including Amnesty International, The Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS) and the Veterinary Management Group (VMG), Mind, NHS, BBC and Citizens UK, creating fabulous award ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions and training days.

Services
We're a small team with a hard-working 'can do' attitude, whatever the task! Being small and flexible means, we integrate seamlessly with our clients' team, and can make the most of budgets. But hard-working doesn't necessarily mean serious, we have a relaxed, open approach and always make our working relationships as friendly (and fun) as possible.
Charlotte has over 15 years project and event management experience leading the SPVS-VMG Events and Amnesty International Media Awards teams whilst at Keystone, and previously managing complex multi-national projects with big name clients, such as Vodafone and Nike.
When not running a highly successful Event Management company Charlotte can be found enjoying country life with her husband, two children and the odd cow that wonders into the garden unannounced.Jenny worked as a print and radio journalist, BBC radio producer and then Marketing Manager, BBC Radio 4 before Keystone and has many years' experience as a content provider.

You may have noted that we're called Keystone; the final stone used in the construction of an arch the Keystone locks all other stones into position, enabling the structure to bear weight. Well here's our cheesy analogy!
When it comes to Event Management, we pull together all the pieces - from planning with our clients, to sourcing the perfect venue, building and managing communication platforms, recruiting engaging speakers, managing production and of course being their on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly.Bringing together all the elements to create the strongest possible event with the greatest impact.

For those that are old enough to remember the 80's commercial - sorry, we're not referring to a glass of Martini! Virtual events enable you to engage with a much wider audience, not only are there no geographical constraints - whether based in London or Lisbon delegates receive the same event experience; but also by offering recorded sessions, delegates are not restricted to a certain date and can catch up on content whenever they like.
Well where do we start! Basically, we can manage the whole process from the initial scoping meeting to post evaluation, so our clients can feel relaxed in the knowledge that we've got it all covered. From small seminars and workshops for less than 50, to multiple lecture streams and receptions for 500 plus, we love a good conference.
