The 'no refunds' policy of this firm is a serious problem.
Our firm, London IP Ltd, is a firm of patent and trademark attorneys and used Wow from 2013 to 2019.
Until preparation of the accounts for y/e March 2019 our experience was without cause for complaint.
Unfortunately when there was a £25k discrepancy in the 2019 accounts Wow wanted to charge us additional fees to find out why.
We were advised it would be ‘very expensive’ to undertake an investigation to determine the cause of the discrepancy.
We therefore lost trust in Wow as a firm of accountants, and did not wish to continue

Very good experience, have worked with Wow for over a year now, they made our transition from sage to xero hassle free and we completed our first vat return in xero which we had no experience on quicker than it used to take in sage.
They have been very helpful throughout the past year and very happy to always help out when you have a query on around bookkeeping/accounts.
