Ian and his team were brilliant. We have several designers look at our kitchen and Ian seemed to be the only one that took on board what we had said but also gave some insights and inputs using his experience - thanks to him we probably avoided making some silly mistakes.
The fitting team also did a great job, they’re were a man short for what should have been a weeks job so they worked into the evenings and weekends to ensure it didn’t over run - fantastic.

Hallmark was highly recommended to us by our builder and architect who said they wouldn't recommend anyone else, and I now share this view. Ian was our designer, and throughout the process, he has gone above and beyond to make the process enjoyable and stress free. I don't think I have ever experienced such exceptional customer service - genuinely! Fantastic experience with Hallmark. Everything went with hardly a glitch. Matt understood exactly what we wanted but suggested his own ideas. Pricing was competitive with other quotes but we feel we ended up with much more of a personal service and a better kitchen with high end appliances. Good communication between Matt and the fitters and Graham who did fit the kitchen was great with a high attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.
