Ever since we have been established we have worked closely with social landlords in supporting them in the upkeep of their void properties and communal areas with regard to clearances of voids and gardens, cleaning of voids and communal areas, ground maintenance and pest control.

Alliance Facilities Management Appointed to Fusion21's 290 Million Compliance and Facilities Management Framework. Fusion21 has announced the contractors successfully appointed to its national Compliance and Facilities Management framework, worth up to 290 million over a four year period.
A total of 105 firms from across the UK - including several SMEs - have secured a place on the framework which offers 17 lots and covers a range of specialisms from: asbestos, electrical safety and facilities management to water hygiene and fire safety.The framework will be delivered by a multi-skilled supply chain, providing a wealth of expertise across areas of compliance and facilities management.
