We'll always be honest with our clients and candidates, and we work hard to find the right fit for you. From our early beginnings in 2012, we soon realised that we didn't want ATS to be like your typical recruitment agency. We wanted to be known for our honesty and integrity. And even though our team has grown to be 14 strong, with offices in the UK and South Africa, we're holding fast to our values.
Hayley took the time at the start of our relationship to understand the Company's culture, benefits and role requirements. This has since paid dividend in the quality of candidates we receive. Hayley gives a full understanding to the candidates of our expectations before they interview, so they are aware of what's expected from the role.
When you work with us, we assign you an experienced specialist recruiter who has industry knowledge of your sector. We work with you to understand your particular requirements - whether you need someone on site quickly for a short-term contract, or you need qualified designers or engineers on a permanent basis to manage a major project.
According to Government statistics, renewable energy's share of electricity generation has increased tenfold since 2004. The sector is seeing rapid transformation with significant Government and private sector funding into the industry to help the UK meet the ambitious targets set by the Paris agreement.
Construction is booming across the UK and we are seeing an increased demand for skilled candidates in the construction industry. Plus, the Government's plan to "build back better" will stimulate economic activity within the infrastructure. Construction sites need a vast range of skills and expertise to make sure that build programmes are kept to schedule and sites become operational on time.

I had Amanda Bray by my side through the whole process and made it smooth and stress free cannot recommend enough ! Responds to calls and emails out of hours the women never stops ! Hard to find a company that gets to know you on a personal level in order to find a position to suits your needs!

I feel really comfortable working with ATS on projects as our ideas and ways of working always tend to resonate.
I don't really 'want' to recommend them to anyone as I'm greedy and want their time all to myself ;) but I also really want them to flourish because they're entirely deserving of this.
A relatively small company, but with huge ambitions. I look forward to any and all future work with them.
