Used this business, both last year, and this year, for a Blackpool trip I had organized for a day centre I go to.....and there are only positives to them.
I spoke to John first time around, who was amazingly accommodating to the users (and mine) individual needs, regarding us physically, mentally, and ensuring our payment was a smooth process..
Second time, (this year) I originally booked with a lady whose name I can not recall, (sorry!!) even though she was sweet, and then John again, when sorting things out to pay etc....He really is a nice man :)
