Synergy Plastics Ltd was founded in 1997, primarily set up to support the demands of small trade precision injection moulding needs in South Wales the company rapidly expanded and now supply small and large plastic components globally. Synergy operates a modern fleet of 15 injection moulding machines ranging from 60 ton-1000 ton press size and a shot weight of up to 5kgs.
The company operates a 24/7 production schedule to maintain a rapid response and support to our customer base all adhering to the BSI ISO 9001 standard. Synergy is able to competitively offer the complete package of tooling, moulding, assembly and stock control methods to support lean manufacturing in the current demanding climate.

Synergy plastics Ltd has conformed to BSI ISO 9001 since its foundation in 1997 and prides itself on achieving top supplier status with customers. Due to the demands of the retail sector the company introduced the SGS Social and ethical audit scheme in 2009 and is fully compliant with this programme.

If you’re willing to turn up everyday when you’re expected to, do a honest days work, then a full time job is given to you. The team are quite a clever bunch with a manager that is very hard working and conscientious and only wants the best for the company to ensure future success and job security. Jobs available for people willing to earn them. As for the Bumble Bee, I thought the staff were ok and aged, except for Scott Lafferty, what a guy !!!!!!!!!!!!
