Andrew began his career in financial services in 1989 as a Trainee Agent with the Prudential working in their Cwmbran branch. He soon progressed to become the 'Man from the Pru' working in Cwmbran, Pontypool and Monmouth. Shortly after getting married in 1993, Andrew joined Friends Provident and worked all over South East Wales providing financial reviews to their existing customers.
At Financial Planning Solutions we have a vision 'to help our clients manage their finances to live the lifestyle they want, without fear of running out of money'. Andrew was an early adopter of the principles of financial planning in 2006. While other advisers were focusing on selling products, he realised that his true calling was to change people's lives through financial coaching, lifetime cashflow modelling and investment management.

Andrew spent a great deal of time producing a model for the future then presenting that model in non-financial terms we could understand. He showed how some simple changes would affect the model and gave us some good advice including moving an old pension into a better scheme. By being able to model specific time-critical events, income and outgoings could be balanced in the optimum way. The most important thing Andrew did was to give us more confidence that our financial future should not be such a worry! Andrew has always been there for advice when any of our financial situation changes.
