Needed our sofa cushions refilled after less than 2 yrs of having the sofa.
Downs explained what they would put in and that it would last. Cushions were dropped of 1 day and we collected the next. Can't fault them at all and cushions fit perfectly.

Leather sofa cushions re-sprung and foam replaced. Found the company friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and very upfront and honest. Was really appreciative when they offered to re-hang the door that had been taken off to get the sofa in the house for free. My family has also used Downs in the past and would highly recommend.

Gary and Kelly have been nothing but professional attending to our every needs. We were helped through every step, from surveying our furniture to choosing material to ensure the right choice was made for us. They are very friendly and there is no pressure sales, they just want you to get what you want and to be happy. Top class business, will be using them again. Definitely recommended.

Carl and his team have made a fantastic job of the reupholstering of all seats at Bellingham Golf Club. We cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and quality of finish. They arrived on our agreed date, removed all our furniture, re-upholstered it at their factory, returned it to us after approx 3 weeks and then refitted it at the club. They left no mess and took great pride in ensuring that the final finish was top quality. We have no hesitation in recommending this family run firm.
