The company supply freshly produced concrete (& screeds) to BS8500 standard from Scotland's largest fleet of Volumetric Mixers. We require your name, address and telephone number to keep in touch with you through the planning of your project and make sure we are giving you the best price and customer service.
Need your concrete in a tight spot? Not all jobs give easy access for vehicles, so we also offer concrete pumping as an alternative delivery. If you have concerns about access to your site, then call us. To pour concrete efficiently into hard-to-reach areas through buildings, around obstacles, and up or down stairs.
Volumetric Mixing trucks carry the materials unmixed, acting as a mobile batching plant. Operators use the electronic system to control the input of aggregate, cement and water for the exact required mix. This method of operation also means that Volumetric Concrete Trucks are considered to be Plant rather than a HGV.
Delivered from Glasgow and Beith to all surrounding areas in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Borders, Ayrshire, Stirlingshire, Lothians, Fife, and Edinburgh. Dispatched promptly and swiftly at the best possible prices suitable for temporary or permanent structures. We deliver by HIAB and our blocks have high levels of durability, combined with ease of handling having their own cast-in lifting pin.

We recently used spot-mix to supply 8 M3 of C35 -- 60 slump concrete, the concrete lasted a whole of 1 month before the concrete rapidly deteriorated and became sand and aggregate we are now going on 4 months past the install date and the concrete needs SHOVELED back out and re-done
I now know that ALL concrete provided by spot mix is UN-certified and i have no leg to stand on and the management are not interested as in there opinion it was frost damage because the photos where taken whilst snow was on the ground and the concrete was poured at +12 oC on the first week of November either way once

"Only Pay for What You Use"... slightly misleading as their minimum order is 1 cubic metre.
My requirement was for just over half a cubic metre, but the operatives insisted on my taking an extra barrow load "for topping up", even though it was obvious my formwork was full. I now have to dispose of this unused solid concrete, which negates their advertising claim "you also don’t have the worry about what to do with any excess concrete".
Having said that, they turned up on time, and full marks for negotiating the lane access to the site with their vehicle.

I am a small domestic customer and needed a concrete base for a vertical mast to mount an antenna for use with my ham radio equipment. I am no longer fit to mix concrete or even dig the hole for the base which was done for me by friends. I contacted Colin at "Spotmix" and he explained everything to me clearly and gave me a quote, unlike many other firms who were not interested in my small job. Colin was very helpful and courteous so when it was all ready to go I called Colin and he arranged the delivery at a time suitable for me. The guys turned up I explained what I needed and within 10 minutes
