Balicrest

Balicrest is able to undertake a wide variety of different demolition projects ranging from single storey structures to large commercial and industrial buildings. We have vast combined experience in the industry which enables us to undertake tasks on structures of all sizes - all demolished in an efficient and safe manner and to the highest possible standard and to all current code of practice.

Soft Strip is the process of removing all non-structural elements inside and outside of a building to facilitate demolition or refurbishment. Soft Strip works can either be undertaken by Balicrest as a stand-alone project or as part of a package of overall works for a project. Balicrest recycles as much of our waste as possible to minimise the volume of soft strip waste going to landfill.

In order to provide an environmentally friendly service across all aspects of our work, we offer an extensive concrete crushing service that is second to none.

We are able to offer crushing on all our projects even smaller residential projects due to our fleet of excavator fitted crusher buckets that accommodate crushing in even the smallest and most environmentally sensitive areas while for large projects utilising our latest 50 ton mobile tracked crushers for speed and sustainability.

Balicrest provide a service for the removal of all non-licensed asbestos that is done in house with our fully trained removal team all training carried out by The National Demolition Training Group. We use the most up to date methods and codes of practice when removing asbestos to ensure the highest level of health and safety is maintained.

For our waste management service, we have a fleet of state of the art vehicles which comply with the latest EU emissions standards that can cater for every aspect of the job. We are accredited and fully compliant with CLOCS and FORS Silver. Our professionally maintained fleet includes tippers, units and trailers, as well as Roll on Roll off skip lorries.
