Please note that we will take minimum deposite of 25.00 if you are using our "skip item selection option" to save your time. We will receive your Laundry and Dry Cleaning Bag, Count your items, make your invoice and inform you what we have received. Once we have informed you and sent you the invoice you will have to pay before delivery Via Bank Transfer/Card payment over the phone.

Terrible service. No communication. I called ahead to have my blinds cleaned. On arrival they did not inform me that there was another company a few doors down (189 Haverstock Hill) called The Master Cleaners, who were actually the people that I had spoken too!
This company is a scam!! They scammed me into leaving my blinds with them and they refused to give me a price for over 24hours meaning that I no longer had time to take them to the place I initially wanted to take them too.

I encountered the man who runs this business whilst driving today. He was behind me and got very angry when I slowed to pull in on my left. He drew up alongside my car and shouted, swore and threatened me. Before driving away he spat at me, mostly hitting the side of my car. Disgusting all the same. I have no idea why he was so angry. I don't know how his dry cleaning is but I would think twice about even engaging with him at all. Very strange that he would behave like this in his own work van that is branded all over the place with the name of his business...

They machine washed my down jacket and completely ruined it - it was just 4 months old as it now unwearable. It went from white to green, the zip fell apart and the material was pulled all over. Also note that the shop you see in Hampstead is not where your items are cleaned, they are taken to a dingy little den near Swiss Cottage where they stick it all in giant washing machines. When confronted they wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation or compensate me. When you've done something wrong hold your hands up and at least try to fix it, it's the right thing to do.
