I am glad to hear others are happy with Westbrook. I assume that most are UK based customers but my very strong recommendation to everyone outside UK is to stay clear of this site. Reasons being:
-Very expensive shipping compared to every store I have bought online items from (40 punds?!).
-Shipping both expensive and slower than regular mail even (more than 9 days).
-Pricing is close to being a scam since EU citizens must pay additional tax + handling fees and,
-The clear information about non-UK pricing and rules is virtually non-existent on site and is very very poorly handled with actual

Second to none customer service.
I ordered a set of Hope brake pads as the picture of the pad set also included a pair of pad retaining pins and I needed one, the old one having seized in the caliper. However the pads arrived without the pins; it transpired that the photo of the pad set was a stock photo from Hope and the pins were NLA.
Jason from Westbrook Cycles responded to my email the morning after I sent it and did no more than enquire with Hope, found out that the pins I wanted were NLA, determined what the modern equivalent was and dispatched them at no cost to me, despite me offering

Bought a Scott foil from here in 2017, had Di2 issues with the battery and they sent out a new one no questions asked. Recently ordered 2x mech hangers from their ebay page. Only one was dispatched - within 24 hours of my email to say only one was sent, the next arrived. Very good service, errors quickly rectified

I purchased a bike from a shop in Norfolk. They built it wrong ( chain too short) . I brought the bike to westbrooke for them to evaluate. They assessed the problems and suggested I contact the original shop as the frame was bent. I asked them what I owed them for looking at it and they said no charge. Now that is service . Guess where I bought my wife's e-bike from? This shop provides excellent service.

Outstanding customer service. I had a problem with a Scott helmet bought online from Westbrook a year previously and they arranged for it to be replaced by Scott under warranty in no time at all (I received the replacement in the post within 3 days of first bringing it to their attention). They always responded to my emails swiftly and dealt with the issue with so little fuss - I was hugely impressed. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Westbrook!
