Excellent service. I called last night to arrange a courier service and this was arranged quickly, the delivery was collected and made on time and once the items had been delivered, this was quickly communicated to me. 100% delighted with this service and would definitely recommend. Their customer service and attitude were great - the staff there were very helpful and efficient. Would definitely use Premier Express Couriers again as they were very reliable and friendly. We use Premier Express Couriers as a business courier services and they are fantastic! They are all so friendly and great at giving advice on how long a service will take. They are also extremely helpful and happy to help at any point in time. We deliver stuff that needs to be there before a certain time and we have had no problem so far :) I would highly recommended them!!

Absolutely terrible. We were sent an inadequate vehicle. We said we needed to transport 3m lengths of round ductwork. We were sent a flat bed lorry with no sides that was already loaded with machinery. This arrived at 1pm on Friday, with the intentions of collecting to make a delivery early on the following Monday. We were told that they would send another, more suitable vehicle. At 3pm they called us saying that they could not get hold of one. They said they could send one on Saturday, or early Monday. We are not open on Saturday, and the delivery needs to be made early on Monday. Staff were rude

David and his team were absolute lifesavers for me this week! Had a mad panic to get banners and supplies down to London for a conference last minute and they came through for us with flying colors. Very helpful and accommodating. Couldn't recommend them more and we will definitely be using them again!

These guys have been EXCELLENT - way beyond the kid of service other couriers tend to offer. They rang me up when there was an issue with my delivery so I could fix it while their courier waited for the fix to take effect, which was crucial to the success of the project I had been planning for months. TOP GUYS.
