Jamie and William started working together in 2010 having first met whilst at University together, and since then have managed to open five clinics based throughout Lanarkshire.

They are both passionate about providing high quality physiotherapy with no waiting times. All Physiotherapists at JMC Physiocures are experienced and have a commitment to providing the highest standard of care. We use a variety of techniques to help your pain and symptoms, in addition to providing a suitable long-term solution through exercise and/or lifestyle changes.
Services
We have over 30 years combined experience working within the NHS, professional football, private practice and occupational health all of which has helped to develop a multi-faceted, dedicated team of highly qualified chartered Physiotherapists to deliver an effective, "hands on" face to face treatment approach to the local sporting and general population.
Physiotherapists help people recover after injury, illness or disease. We also help to maintain health and can help prevent disease or injuries. This means that as well as being able to help you recover from an injury or illness we can also provide advice on how to prevent it in the future and stay healthy.
Clinical Pilates is a form of physical exercise that focuses on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility and breathing. It was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century and has since become very popular throughout the world. Clinical Pilates is now commonly used in conjunction with physiotherapy as a means to treating a variety of injuries but more specifically for spinal patients with back and neck pain.
Acupuncture is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which originated in China over 5,000 years ago. This ancient art of healing has become widely accepted throughout the western world over the past 30 years. In Chinese Medicine the human body is likened to a highly complex electrical circuit, but instead of circulating electricity, the body circulates a specialised biological energy or life force called Qi (chi).
Massage involves a manual application of pressure and movement to soft body tissues the skin, muscles, tendon, ligaments, and fascia (membranes surrounding muscles). Massage is believed to increase blood circulation and flow of lymph (fluid from body tissues that flows into the blood stream).

It helps the body to heal itself by promoting the flow of blood and lymph, stimulating nerves, conditioning the skin, and stretching and loosening muscles to keep them elastic.Massage also has a positive psychological effect. When we are stressed, our breathing becomes more rapid and shallow, our hearts work harder and digestion slows down.

I can highly recommend William. Don't hesitate if you have any problem with an ankle - in my case, it took only 4 sessions to get me back to health.

I can't commend William,. my physio, highly enough. After months of lockdown, my mobility had descended to the extent that I needed a walking stick and suffered excruciating back pain caused by muscle spasms.
William's advice and expertise has now got me back to my usual self. And I am pain free !

Definitely 5 + star and very professional treatment. I took my 13 year old son who is a very keen footballer to see Kenny, he had been suffering with swollen and very painful knees for months. Kenny diagnosed Osgood-Schlatter Disease, which is an inflammation of the patellar ligament and very common in teenagers. Kenny took a lot of time to show my son exercises and treatments he should use to get him back on track with his football. In the space of just 3 weeks the swelling on his knees has went down considerably and after returning to his football training this week he came out pain free. I honestly

Fantastic Physio!! William helped me when no one else would and I honestly thought I had to accept constant pain. I was even told this by the doctors ! However after very kindly offering me help, he gave me the advice, reassurance and exercises to get back up and moving with confidence. I am almost back to my old self and am able to get back to my busy routine and it’s thanks to him. I can’t ever thank him (and his lovely wife Lisa) enough for the kindness they have shown me. I would 200% recommend JMC physio 🤗

William at JMC Physiocures has been fantastic, can't fault them. They have diagnosed and addressed issues caused a car accident I was involved in last year. They have found my pelvis was displaced and my L4 vertabrae was twisted. They have been brilliant and helped so much. They are always quick to fit you in and work well. I am still under treatment with them but I am more than happy with the services and treatment. Would highly recommend them.

I am a realist and when I first attended William after a car accident I thought. He will get me back to where I need to be. Half way through I was feeling much better. I then had a set back and was starting to think I was never going to get there. William is a great physio but he is also good at getting you to adapt your mind to thinking positively.
It is true what he tells you, you can’t leave these sessions without carrying on the good work he has done, when you leave. You need to carry on with the exercises he gives you.
I have left my last session today feeling great and pain free. Long
