I have been buying all the food and toys for my dogs from here for months and only ever had good things to say about the staff and service, but today I had the worst customer care experience of my life. The store manager was rude, aggressive and completely uncaring about the fact that one of their products has badly injured my dog and caused him to have to visit the vets. She also told blatant lies about the things I had said, and claims I had threatened her. I'm shocked and so appalled to have been treated this way. I can't believe her disregard for the harm the product caused my doggo. It's horrific

Visited the Newry store with my friend who purchased Aquarium/tank. It was Manager who served us and advised us on the purchase. I myself bought one two weeks ago and brought another friend Yesterday for one also. Great service lovely manner and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, placed an order with them for a Trixie wheel, and then contacted them after to request a colour. Very responsive and happy to help. Received parcel well packaged and the wheel was the colour I asked for. Very happy, thank you.

A fantastic pet store in Newry, huge selection of toys, collars, treats, bowls, dog boxes, gifts, cages etc etc
Massive selection of all the major brands, Royal Canin, Purina, Iams, Science Plan etc, and the lesser end too, Go Cat, Whiskas etc
Huge airy clean warehouse near the Newry M.O.T centre, plenty of parking right beside the door and friendly helpful staff. Not only are the 4 legged friends catered for, but the swimming and flying kind too, well stocked and priced in accordance with every other pet store about. But the one HUGE ++++++ this place has going for is that it offers a re homing
