First class service from this friendly professional team. My scooter had a problem which was quickly diagnosed and rectified by Exeter disability centre. All this was done the week before Christmas and my scooter returned. I won’t be going anywhere else. It’s nice to encounter a company that provides such excellent customer service .

These people could not be more helpful and seem to be able to source anything that you need.
I bought a smart drive power assist and wheelchair earlier this year. The smart drive I found hard to get used to so Martin came up to Weston with a chair and smart drive so that we could figure it out together!! We had great fun and a free trip to Asda!!
This centre will do all within their power to help you with good advice and helpful staff, I am really impressed with the help and care they’ve shown me, I can’t think of anything they could do better!!
Thanks

Fantastic company! They're so helpful and dispite my motabillity chair having so many issues (not their fault BTW) they have always been happy to and very quick to help and have always gone above and beyond! Upon looking for a new wheelchair they went through so many options and made sure I had the right chair and right options on it. I spent the best part of 2 hours there going through and testing different chairs and different options. If that's not a good thorough service then I don't know what is!

I would like to thank Exeter Disability Centre for the friendly, professional service they give. I visited a couple of times as making the decision to finally stop struggling and get a wheelchair is a big and emotional step. I wasn't sure what I needed and what to do. Dave and Jim on our first and second visit went into great detail about the pros, the cons of my needs and were never pushy or I got the feeling they just wanted a sale. Far from it. Dave suggested I try a chair at home for a couple of weeks and Jim delivered it. Well we went down for a third visit this weekend and purchased my chair

What helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff we encountered here when needing to buy a wheel chair. Our friend who is 90 with osteoarthritis was treated with respect and kindness as the best chair for her needs was selected and ordered. When I enquired about the order, the salesman who served us was off sick, but his colleague took an interest and rang us back with the options. Then offered to visit the care home if we were had any problems. Really a pleasure to shop here.
