Pat Larry's is such a cute and cosy little escape. You get a very country experience (hen's wandering around, lots of animals in the fields) and yet it isn't too far from the nearest town. The house has everything you could need, including a lovely stove for cosy winter nights and a BBQ for the summer season. The hosts are truly lovely people and so helpful and kind. Highly recommend and can't wait to return :)

Just back from a fabulous night stay at Pat Larry's. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last. A real home from home, with all the home comforts required for a restful trip. Isabella is a natural hostess, makes us feel so very welcome. The cottage is beautiful, warm and cosy. We love being so close to the animals and on occasion being allowed to help with the feeding. The kids loved that. Don't miss out, book today!!

We had an amazing one night stay at Pat Larrys, Isobelle awas the perfect host, the cottage was spotlessly clean, fresh towels and bedding and had everything you might need! It’s set on its own with a few outhouses with hens and geese, there are baby lambs in the field which Isobelle and Gene very kindly let our 3 year old daughter bottle feed, it was an amazing surprise and we made memories for a lifetime in our short stay, this was our first air bnb experience, I’m afraid we’ve been spolit because you couldn’t get anywhere better, not that it matters as we wouldn’t look past Pat Larrys

Another great stay at Pats for the Bank Holiday Monday, certainly will be several more to come. Great comfort, amazing 200 year old history to the land, a real view on agricultural lifestyle, amazing hospitality from Isabelle and her family. Got to call to Eddie's for a few and meet the locals. Amazing experience and even got picked up on the walk back by a neighbor from a neighbouring farm. Hope to see you again all the best from Stephen, Stewart and Gary 🤘🤘
Keep up the great work ✊✊✊

We have stayed in Pat Larry’s cottage 4 times and there is a reason we keep going back! It is such a cosy little cottage surrounded by fields and the children just love the animals - geese, cows, sheep, cats and Skipper the donkey. It is really secluded and there are plenty of places to go on day trips using the cottage as a base. Isobel the owner is so helpful and friendly and has made it very homely. I would highly recommend a stay!
