I was using this car park as I thought it was the sports center car park. I received a total of 6 tickets totalling 740 pounds. Since i just moved I didn't receive letters until a later date.
The car park leads directly on to the sports center. Signage wasn't clear. A total of 15 other gents from my football team also missed this sign and received tickets.
I was told by Adam Prince (operations manager) after requesting that these are cancelled and after paying one of these tickets as a gesture of good will that he "cant help in getting the fines cancelled as they are longer than 14 days so as

DO NOT book to dine here at Christmas just incase we're ever in a pandemic again!! They won't refund if you unfortunately become struck down with Covid!! Crooks!! Cashing in on people's misery. The government should stop this "non refundable" its disgusting. £170 down through pure greed!!

Lovely hotel, staff were great, nice and clean. Bed was really comfy and the rooms were lovely and warm. Only thing I would change is having fresh milk in the fridge for the hot drinks, which were great quality. We will definitely be back, we loved it!

Really nice hotel with great facilities for wedding's and business conferences. They also have a gastronomic pub in the grounds and the main restaurant does a very nice afternoon tea. It's hard to believe the main ring road passes right by (so good for transport links) as they have managed to keep the feel of a country house. Only one small one for me is the rooms are a little dated now but that's just me.
All round good place.

Very picturesque property. Well appointed and beautiful. We were here for a wedding and had a wonderful time!

Pros:
- Property - beautiful, picturesque, well maintained.
- Amenities - the Stable Pub is fantastic, great food and beverage selection. The breakfast was also incredible, traditional English breakfast with plenty of selection for everyone.
- Price - very reasonable for a nice facility!
- Staff - great staff at the desk and Stable Pub. Took great care of us and responsive. The manager in the Stable was great and made us feel at home.

Cons:
- Room - incredibly small. While comfortable

I had the pleasure of staying at the Weetwood Hall Hotel following a wedding which was held here. To do this properly, I'm gonna have to split this into wedding location review and hotel review!

So, as a wedding venue it was really good. It was actually my first wedding so I don't really have anything to compare to, but the service was streamlined and lovely - a special highlight was the bride coming down the isle to a wonderful acoustic version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow - it felt like a Wes Anderson film! But everything went perfectly smoothly, all of the staff were excellent and

Beautiful venue.. lovely courtyard and centrally based facility. sadly, the staff are not all up to the standard the hotel is trying to pitch itself to..(some staff are lovely). the customer is not central here. conference facilities are ok. bedrooms are a tad basic, but functional. this place would be wonderful with a bit of investment and a hotel manager who led strongly with focusing on the customer.. martin m

I came here for a wedding (well, actually, I helped the videographer out as he's a mate of mine and got stuck for an assistant at the last minute, so I wasn't a guest or anything) and thought the whole place was beautiful. I should caveat this review by saying I didn't eat any food or see any bedrooms, but I did speak to a lot of the staff (super friendly and efficient) and drink some reasonably priced drinks. I also thought the grounds, although small, were lovely for wedding photos.

It's located just off Lawnswood Roundabout in Far Headingley, at the ring road, and sitting

Having been to one or two conferences when I was suited and booted I was lucky enough to visit Weetwood Hall. The grounds are well kept and the buildings are lovely to look at. The events space was large and well suited for the number of people it had to accommodate but was nothing particularly spectacular or extraordinary; likewise there is nothing negative I could report about it either.

Food was appetising and everywhere was clean, modern and new-looking all-in-all a very well maintained hotel.

Weetwood Hall is a very nice hotel tucked away down a tree lined road making you feel like you're away from it all. On one side anyway, the other side it backs up to a busy duel carriage way which makes it convenient to get to get around.

The hotel itself has a large area for events and it's tastefully decorated through out. In the back of the restaurant there is Stables Pub which I recommend. It has a restaurant inside of the hotel as well that is casual.

I used this hotel for several weeks earlier this year. There are some good things, efficient staff, nice rooms, but the food is appalling. Very little of menu was cooked by the chef, much of it gave the impressionof being bought in and heated up! Much of the hot breakfast buffet was not kept hot properly. Some nights I was driven to go to Bryans Fish &Chip restaurant down the road for dinner.

My review is based on the whole wedding experience with weetwood. We married there in 2006 and had the best day ever. The staff before the wedding, during and after were absolutely amazing, they catered to all our needs and looked after us superbly. We had a small day do, and a big evening reception and everyone was really impressed with the food at both parties. The sit down meal in particular was delicious, a very high standard of cuisine.
All that said I have some small criticisms.the tables in the day reception seat 9, which is then difficult to seat couples.

Super! Smart, efficient reception staff, excellent bar and waiting people, all very pleasant. My telly didn't work though, and no-one could fix it, though several tried.
Opulent rooms, superb breakfast, and a CAMRA bar in the stable block with Copper Dragon on, in good nick too.
