John Paul and his team did a fantastic job. The extension was built to an excellent standard then JP project managed the fitting of the new kitchen which was made difficult by the numerous delays in deliveries, which he coped with magnificently, being flexible and making sure we were able to use at least part of the kitchen during the process.

I used GWBS for several projects including an on-suite bathroom and some extensive work in my kitchen. I found the team very professional, tidy and kept me informed as they did they work. I live in a very busy street in Bristol were parking is premium and the team always made sure they parked a mile away from the street as not to take up the residents places - which I thought was very considerate of them. We have just had our bathroom redesigned by Great Western Building services and are very pleased with the result. John Paul and Steve kept us informed throughout the process (even when things changed) and were very accommodating with our needs versus what we could have in the room. Steve was very tidy and cleaned up each evening before he left, and removed all of the waste. Would highly recommend as they were friendly, polite and great workmen.

We used GWBS to tile our kitchen and hall way. The house is very old with uneven everything including the floor and walls. This meant that making the tiles look straight was a difficult job as they run straight through the hall way into the kitchen so are very visible.
GWBS were able to recommend under flooring to level out the floor and protect my Porcelain tiles from snapping (especially if there was further movement of the floor) They then designed a layout of the tiles so that they looked perfectly straight and any joins to do this were hidden under the door way.
