My wife visited this salon before Christmas and had a horrible experience. Attached photograph shows the burns she had after a simple wax procedure. She had to wait almost an hour to get this escalated to the manager who then came up with a lame excuse putting the blame on the 'type of skin'. In their words, such burns are common which indicates how acceptable is a bad service to them. The least one expects in such situations is an apology (forget about refund) accepting the mistake rather than being blamed for the kind of skin.
I recommend avoiding this salon.

Beautiful little retreat in the heart of Hornchurch, I have started a course of crystal clear micro dermabrasion with Amy and my skin has NEVER looked so good! Having struggled with blocked pores, acne, uneven tone and under eye darkness all my adult life (which no OTC product would treat for more than a few months) I finally took the plunge and… decided to invest in my skin with a course of treatments.
