Let's Rent are a family run business based in Hull with a consistently good reputation throughout the city for renting premium quality affordable properties. In the past we have managed an ever growing portfolio of properties for house owners as well as our own, however we now own 90% of our properties ourselves and feel that way we can give a much more personalized service.
We will use our decades of experience to provide you with friendly helpful advice on how you can maximise your income and property value-FOC. We will source and deal with tenants, contracts, legal compliance issues and rent collections - so you can get on with your life. So that you are not dealing with different people when you call us you will have a dedicated manager that knows you and your property - a one to one service working together.

I Found all staff to be very well informed and helpful, I only met Tony for a short time (He is 83) he had a wealth of experience that he willingly passed on- I am certain he does not suffer fools gladly but I only have good things to say about this company.
