David worked for 25 years in the sheet metal industry since achieving his City and Guilds in both sheet metal and welding. Whilst gaining experience working for other fabrication shops, he had the vision to develop a company where customers could benefit from his experience, dealing with him, and in time other skilled engineers directly, for a fuller more in depth association, which he had found other companies channeled through too many middle management staff before being reaching the production team.

F.A.S.E 1 Ltd developed its powder coating plant in order to maintain control and efficiency of all manufacturing through to the final product. Powder coating offers a wide variety of colours, finishes and textures, from a matt to a satin through to a high gloss. From smooth to a leatherette texture.
