Coventry Mazda & Suzuki

Our first experience of Mazda Coventry was at the Motor and Caravan show at NEC in February this year. We were just passing the stand where the Mazda CX80 caught our eye. We spoke to Dan, the Marketing Manager at the Coventry branch, we asked some questions and he offered us a contact call to discuss further, which we did. After the visit and a test drive of the vehicle, arranged by Paul Carter from the sales team who expertly guided us through the options; we loved the car and decided to go for the Diesel straight 6. It was a great experience throughout with no sales pressure from anybody which we have experienced with other companies. We were looking for a replacement vehicle and called in on spec. David Taylor, (sales), was extremely helpful, and did not go for the 'hard sell' which was appreciated.
David called me on the morning I was collecting the car to say the windscreen had received some damage but that it would be replaced. This was done within a few days, (including the bank holiday weekend), and another issue was also resolved quickly and pleasantly by Julie in service. All in all a pleasant car purchasing experience.
