The Granite Company was founded in 1992 as a branch of Worcestershire Marble Ltd and its good reputation for quality workmanship & excellent service has continued to grow over the years. At our large factory in the Midlands we hold extensive stocks of Quartz, Granite, Marble, Technical Porcelain, Slate and Limestone.
It is here that we combine the accuracy of state of the art CNC machinery with traditional hand finishing to work many different types of stone. We are able to produce numerous edge details, shaped or standard recessed drainers & grooves, complicated curved finishes to tops, cut outs & splashbacks as well as more simple straight runs.

We make an accurate template for each top on site in moisture resistant MDF. This means that the customer is able to view and confirm on site all joint positions, sink and hob cut outs, shaping and breakfast bar/island overhangs well before the manufacturing process is begun.
Although our method is slightly more time consuming than others used in the industry, we find that this is easily justified as it gives the customer an accurate idea of the final lay out and facilitates a pleasing end result.

1. Regularly clean your surfaces with a damp cloth. Dry-off worktops to avoid dull patches appearing where hard water and soap residues may have been left behind during daily use. A light neutral (PH7) detergent may be safely added. Drainer grooves can be cleaned using 000 grade, non oiled wire wool.
