We carry a wide range of paving slabs, block paving and aggregates in stock with over 170sqm of paving and aggregates displayed on site. We carry a very wide range of the essential building supplies you need and our stocks are large and ready for next day regional delivery.
At South Tyne Building Supplies we stock a huge range of bricks from leading manufacturers such as Ibstock, Hanson, and Carlton. If you visit our building merchants yard in South Tyneside you will see we carry over 450,000 bricks in stock and, if we haven't got the bricks you need, we can source specific bricks as well.
We carry a very wide range of the essential building supplies you need and our stocks are large and ready for delivery. 25Kg bags of sharp, soft, cement, plastering sand, postmix, kiln dry sand, tarmac and much more. Weed membrane, Visqueen, floor levelling compound, damp proofing, concrete blocks, Thermalite blocks, wall starters and ties, work wear, filler, brushes and much more.
We carry a very wide range of decking, fencing, and skirting as well as door frames, treated timber, roothing lathes, joists, railway sleepers, and architrave. We also carry sheet timber including OSB, WBP, Sheething Ply and flooring including T+G (tongue and groove) and Weyroc Flooring. We have a huge stock of timber at our premises in South Shields and our experts are hand to advise on quantities and any special treatments you may need.
In addition to our huge stocks of timber, plumbing, drainage, and other building and plumbing products we also carry a very large selection of tools to make sure that your jobs run smoothly and you get the best results every time. Trowels, line pins, saws, floats, hammers, blades, levels, drill bits, chisels, tape measures, wheelbarrows, screwdrivers and many other tools from all well known brands.

Customer Service is shoddy to say the least, staff are very unhelpful and unable to let the customer know when to expect their delivery when you ring and ask the reply you are given is I don't know if its been picked up or out for delivery, what good is that, then they ring you and tell you they think they haven't got your order then they have and still they are unable to give you an estimated delivery time all this just for a delivery of slate, this is totally an unacceptable way of dealing with customers, they are so quick to take your money and after that they don't care I would not recommend
