AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not proactive at all - will miss your company returns etc.
Awful experience with Warren Francis and Francis & Co. In short they missed a bunch of my company's returns and caused me to get fined by HMRC on multiple occasions.
I am currently seeking legal action against their company. And also complaining to the relevant industry bodies to question their license.
I've had to chase up a refund from them over 10 times. It takes 2 weeks to respond to an email.
Warren seems like a decent Guy - but the reality of the service is awful.
