Avoid, avoid, avoid. Having spent a small fortune on their framing services, they failed to meet the agreed timescales, then it was not what was agreed when it was done. The glass and frame fell apart before It even arrived home and then the patronising manager refused to take any responsibility for the poor quality of the product structure. No offer of even discounted repair

Catalogue of errors!!!Paid for a frame approx 1 month ago and correct size for the print taken. Frame came back too small for the print. Left the print with them so as to get the correct size. Last week frame dropped off there and was smashed. Only today they call me to say that when it smashed it damaged the print. Print was from a Palestinian artist picked up in Qatar and not easy to get. Disastrous!!!!
