Dissapointment . Ordered a buggy for our 12yr oldRetriever. This was supposed to have arrived 10days ago. Our dog is lame and its the only way we can take her out. I had to keep ringing as nobody was letting us know what was happening. Even after 3 phone calls we couldnt find out what was going on. We feel let down as we were customers for a long time. We shall not be shopping there again.

I was urgently trying to find a particular dog bed which was in stock on the website. After being let down by a few people already from different stores Rob was happy to help. Started coming here as my dogs are now on raw food and have to say the customer service and service is next to none. Prices are a little bit higher but I'm not fussed as I know I'm getting good quality food and treats. Highly recommend if your putting your dogs on a raw food diet, to stop in and stock up.

Definitely the place to go to give your pet the best start, or the best lifestyle change. Nothing is too much for them, they always go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable of all the breeds and their nutritional needs. Not just dogs either - they have a HUGE range of proper cat foods, and many of the treats are suitable for both cats and dogs. My cat is thriving at 19 thanks to these guys!

When my dog started having skin problems, my vet recommended raw food. I contacted Steve for help and he was both friendly and informative. He spent 20 minutes on the phone talking me through the options for feeding a 6 month old puppy and leading me through the ordering process on the website. 6 weeks later my dog's skin problems are virtually gone. Definitely recommended.
