Lovely, spacious designer shop!
Amazing chandeliers and beautiful ceiling,
Lots of nice outfits for the guys,
The ladies sections got bags and jewellery,
Staff are friendly and helpful,
could do with some music, very quiet.

Always like to pop in the Wolves and Walsall branches and have bought some decent clobber over the years. But was looking very empty on this last visit, and what there was was mostly trashy Boss clothing - a bit like Tessuti :( Maybe it'll be another high street casualty soon!

The free delivery over 100£ does not apply to sale items and it's not very clear on the website until you have items in the basket.
you need to pay for return yourself. I returned 5 pairs of trousers and I paid 17£ with royal mail. that is ridiculous when comparing with the free returns service other reputable online clothing retailers offer

I ordered from this store and received such a badly packaged item. I kindly requested the original packaging and was simply told that they can not help me. I am now left with a very expensive Christmas present which I can not give as it looks like a used product since its not in original packaging. Poor service!

Really disappointed to hear that Diffusion is selling items made from real fur. It's shocking to learn that Canada Goose uses fur from coyotes, caught in the wild, using steel jaw traps - traps that are so barbaric they've been banned in the UK for decades. I won't be stepping foot inside Diffusion until these items go.

Terrible experience at the Merry Hill store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Left standing at the till for a good 10 minutes, despite there being more staff than customers. Would never visit a Diffusion store again...AVOID AVOID AVOID!
