We are a well-established independent recruitment agency based in Surrey, supplying permanent, temporary and contract office staff Nationwide. Our owner Rachel Oliver started the company in 2009 and has been in the industry for over 25 years. Rachel and the team, pride ourselves on our extensive experience and promise a high-quality service, every time.
Clockwork Recruitment really do pride ourselves on our quality of service. We take time to get to know all our clients by visiting the settings in which they work, helping us identify their culture and working environments. By researching and building a strong relationship with you we are able to find the ideal talent, experience and personalities that are most suitable for the roles within your companies.
We provide a payroll service for those candidates that our clients source themselves, whereby we offer to manage the contract between the candidate and Clockwork Recruitment, therefore allowing the client to employ additional head count without a company contract between the employee and themselves.
Clockwork Recruitment run regular HR Forum events. Our aim is to host interactive forums for HR professionals and Managers on all matters of employment legislation and other topics, chosen by its members. These events are held in Woking at The Lightbox and we invite a guest speaker relevant to the topic.
We are dedicated to finding our candidates the ideal roles for them, whether temporary, permanent or contract and anticipate our candidates showing dedication to working alongside us to find them the perfect role too. We guide you through our registration process, ensuring we totally understand you as a person, the work that you enjoy, and the transferable skill sets that you have, together with your future career aspirations.
