Just received my order. Brilliant. Whole process took about 10 days from ordering to having it printed and embroidered to get to me. I was kept informed of what was going on the whole time. Can't speak highly enough! Well use again..

Ordered 3 sets of numbered kit with sponsor logo. Price was very reasonable and was a quick turnaround time once the order had been placed. Everyone was very courteous, professional and kept me informed of any issues. Superb customer service and will certainly use the company again.

1 star because 0 is not possible. I placed an order 2 months ago for a pack of football socks (never received). I sent 3 emails with no answer, i wrote here on the fb page, where the guy told me that they will answer to my email (never received), i called by telephone where the guy told me i will call you back with some news (never received). i think this is a RIDICULAR COMPANY.

The service provided by Soccer Direct FC is superb. I have been using them for our teams kits for the past couple of years, following very poor service from other kit providers and it is like chalk and cheese. Never a disappointment, easy to get hold of, good turnaround times if stock is available and excellent quality products and embroidery. Look no further for a service that you expect to get.
