Services
We undertake small to medium volume production work using sheet upto 6mm thick and 2500mm wide. With the latest in CAD/CAM technology we are able nest both complex & assorted components onto as single sheet with great efficiency as well as high volumes of identical part. Examples of high volume work include brackets, electrical connectors, shims, engineering components and washers.
Fabrication can be undertaken to customer specification of almost any item from electronic instrument enclosures through to lighting components and custom one offs. Equipped with multiple welding bays, two CNC brakes presses with a capacity of up to 2500mm & 80 tons plus a brand new Safan guilotine precision fabrication is central to our engineering capacity.
We have years of experience in the welding and finishing of stainless steel for applications such as commercial catering, medical equipment, food processing, water treatment and marine applications. Both thin gauge sheet metal and thicker plate, upto 10mm can be welded. Our highly skilled engineers have access a full range of electrodes as well as filler rods.
As a small flexible company we are happy to carry out prototype work, and one off jobs. As well as our fully equipped sheetmetal, fabrication and welding facilities we operate a conventional machining division which allows us to manufacture a range o fmetal parts as one offs and development projects.
Our heavy metalwork division undertakes fabrication of components up to 300kg including architectural metalwork such as balustrades and decorative facades as well as industrial fabrications including structural steelwork, walkways, mezzanines and public furniture. Working mainly with mild steel as well as black steel we offer full welding and fabrication services for lightweight components upto 300kg.
