FINC Architects is a medium-sized architectural practice based in Essex, with a team of highly experienced Architects, designers and technicians. We marry exceptional design and graphic skills, with extensive industry experience to provide quality projects that exceed our client's expectations.

Our team combines working knowledge across multiple sectors and has extensive knowledge of design and presentation methods, allowing us to fully develop ideas and ultimately achieve successful approvals.We produce high quality hand-drawn site layouts and perspectives, for initial site purchases and photo realistic CGI's for sales material, public exhibitions or committee meetings.

At FINC, we treat all projects as opportunities. Some projects enable us to hone the skills we've already established and others enable us to learn something new. In either case, we approach all projects, regardless of size, difficulty or sector in the same way; with the desire to provide our clients with the best possible service, whilst ensuring the quality of our work is of the very highest standard.

In 2016, our project at Bringey Cottage won the prestigious 'Best Small Residential Development' in the UK at the Premier Excellence Awards. The project was selected over more than 2000 entrants in its category. The project included the demolition of an existing 2 bedroom cottage and the erection of 3no 5 bedroom detached houses.
