3P Direct Ltd are print and packaging specialists supplying a wide range of sectors. Founded in 2004 the company is run by its founders, Richard Tyler and Paul Wright. Ongoing investment and considerable expertise in both our print and packaging divisions means our customers can really benefit by working with one technology focused company.
As a newcomer to the busy promotional merchandise market our approach was surprisingly original. Most competitors didn't show prices. We did from day one. Also, very few sites enabled customers to buy online and simply upload their artwork. Again, we introduced this so our customers could receive a quote and quickly order online.
We are now in the top five largest packaging e-commerce sites in the UK. As well as our considerable range, we offer volume discounts for buying in bulk and free delivery on orders over 75. Customers who spend over 500 per month also have access to a dedicated account team, bespoke pricing, stock holding and credit terms.
LoveGifts.com is our B2C Brand. As the name suggests, it's the youngest of our web sites and while its early days for this young pup, we've invested heavily and anticipate considerable growth during the next few years. LoveGiftssupplies quality personalised gifts for all the family and home. We've developed both the back end software as well as the updated site which launched in 2017.

Found 3P Direct online having no experience of branded packaging. Adrian was so helpful and suggested a box style that would suit my clients requirements both in terms of style and also budget. I'm very impressed with the customer service and in turn my client is also impressed. Will definitely use again

The Staff are very efficient and always provide a first class friendly service. My deliveries are always on time and correct. We have been using 3P for our packaging for the last two years and they have never let us down on price or service. Always had our deliveries before or on date requested even if I had ordered the day before. Sales staff always willing to help or inform us of deals/sales and if they happen to be out of an item they inform us straight away and will either replace with a substitute item at same cost to us even if it actually costs more or they will send item within a few days. Excellent company to work with as it makes my job a lot easier.

Would give 0 stars! My order was a Xmas gift and it was paid for weeks ago before the deadline delivery date, I telephoned them 1 week before Xmas about my order to make sure and was told I would have it by the end of the week (week before Xmas) nothing arrived I phoned again because when you send emails they don't respond, was told it was upgraded to express delivery and I'll get it in time. Today is Christmas and still no item or refund.
Advice don't buy from this company they behave like they run it out of their bedroom and other reviews confirm this!

We have been dealing with this company for a number of years and have never been disappointed. The quality of the products they provide to us (both bespoke and off the shelf) is excellent and the service is even better. We always receive a very personal service and they will always bend over backwards to ensure that they meet our delivery requirement, even at very short notice. I would highly recommend this company.
